Return Policy

At SAFELYFIRST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read our Return Policy below for more information.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@safelyfirst.us with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the item’s purchase price minus any shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy:

  • We do not currently offer exchanges.
  • If you would like a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and within 7 days of the date of delivery at support@safelyfirst.us
    • Please provide as many images as is necessary to show the damaged/ defective merchandise
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect.
  • If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Changes to Return Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update our Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
